8^th Annual Summit on Ending Homelessness

We are pleased to announce the dates and location for the 2013 Campaign to End Homelessness Summit.

It will be held September 18-19, 2013, at the Bavarian Inn Lodge & Conference Center, Frankenmuth, MI.

Highlights from the 7^th Annual Campaign to End Homelessness 2012

On September 26^th and 27^th the Michigan Campaign to End Homelessness held its 7^th annual summit. There were 325 representatives from state agencies, supportive housing agencies and continuum of care networks in attendance at Treetops Resort in Gaylord.

The theme for the two day summit was Relationships, Progress, Results. This year’s summit had two keynote speakers. Day one's keynote was Joyce Grangent who discussed the topics of Supportive Housing Training and Advocate of Strength-Based Training. Day two's keynote speaker was Jason Allen, the Senior Deputy Director for Veterans Affairs from the Department of Military and Veteran Affairs. The topic of Allen's presentation was “All Things Veteran.”
